It is strictly prohibited to duplicate, sell, share, steal, modify, copy, or repurpose it. You understand that engaging in any of the aforementioned activities constitutes theft, and we reserve the right to take legal action against you.

The Renew Room Ltd cannot and does not provide any assurances regarding outcomes or earnings from any of our Programs, Self-Study Courses, Coaching, Mentorships, and all other offerings. You acknowledge that You Launch Ltd has not made any commitments or implications concerning any form of results.

Facebook Groups & Other Community Groups
The Course or Program may include access to a private Facebook Community and or a private Community Group on Kajabi. These Usage Terms also apply to the Facebook Group or Kajabi Community Group. Please note that Facebook & Kajabi are public platforms, and we cannot guarantee your privacy for content shared in the groups, as other members will have visibility.

Purchases and Payment Plans
If you choose to pay by debit card, credit card, PayPal, or Stripe, you authorize us to automatically charge your credit or debit card for the Program, Product, or Service without requiring additional consent, and you will receive an electronic receipt.

Nothing herein shall impedeThe Renew Room Ltd from pursuing payment for any chargebacks or credit card disputes initiated by you at any time.
If you decide to prematurely discontinue your participation in the Program, Course, Product, or Services, you are still responsible for the full cost.
All information gathered during your purchase or transaction for our Programs, Products, and Services, including personal details such as your name, address, payment method, credit card number, and billing information, may be collected by both us and our payment processing partner.
Refund Policy
Due to the inherent nature of our Programs, Products, and Services, Tupu has a strict no-refund policy. Upon purchasing any of our offerings, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. If you choose to discontinue your participation in any of our Programs, Products, or Services, you remain responsible for all outstanding payments.
Termination
We retain the right to terminate your participation in any of our Programs, Products, or Services at any time.
In the event of cancellation or termination by either party, you are required to settle any remaining payments or balances owed to us within 24 hours.
